Requirements

- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, manage complaints, and assist with sales processes.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment with potential for high call volumes.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
