  • The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent service to customers by answering inquiries, addressing complaints, and processing orders. They ensure that customers have a positive experience with the company and maintain high satisfaction levels.

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person.
    • Assist with product or service-related questions and provide solutions.
    • Handle complaints, process returns or exchanges, and escalate issues when necessary.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
    • Process orders, billing inquiries, and resolve technical or service issues.
    • Document customer interactions in the company’s CRM or database.
    • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Meet or exceed customer service performance targets (e.g., call response times, satisfaction ratings).

    Requirements

    • Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
    • High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
    • With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
    • Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
    • Physically fit
    • With valid original barangay and police clearance
    • Good with customer service is an edge
    • Detail-oriented, and good with customers
