Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Assist with any other duties related to customer service as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the BPO industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work onsite with a flexible schedule.
