About the Role

We have partnered with a company with a vision to provide businesses, organizations and individuals

Australia-wide with competitively priced high-quality office furniture and interior solutions.

You will be joining a fast-growing online division responsible for providing post-sales support to new and

existing customers and managing orders by liaising with all internal stakeholders.

What you’ll be working on:

● Support customers with delivery updates, product issues, and feedback.

● Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to resolve order and stock concerns.

● Manage admin tasks, maintain records

● Assist project managers with documents and presentations for large projects.

● Ensure all communication is professional, friendly, and timely.

● Work independently while staying organized and responsive.

What we’re looking for:

● Fresh graduates (open to learning the industry) to 5 years of experience in retail, sales, or related fields

● Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

● Familiar with email, spreadsheets, and MS Office

● Quick thinker with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset

● Friendly, proactive, and builds good relationships

● Organized multitasker who works well independently and in a team

● Flexible and ready to support where needed

● Willing to work on site

Preferred but not required

● Experience in online retail, sales, shipping, or logistics

● Familiarity with CRM tools like Freshdesk or Shopify
