Description
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Offer solutions and recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to help.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and improve service.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- At least 1 (one) year BPO experience.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Basic computer skills (e.g., using email, customer service software).
- Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required).
