Description

  • Assist in executing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  •  Support player segmentation, tagging, and lifecycle marketing execution.
  •  Track campaign performance and compile regular reports and insights.
  •  Contribute to the improvement of user retention, engagement, and reactivation processes.
  •  Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of CRM activities.
  •  Maintain and update user data and campaign schedules within the CRM platform.
  •  Assist with A/B testing and analysis of player behavior and campaign performance.


Requirements

  • Associate degree or above; background in Marketing, E-commerce, Data Analysis, or related fields preferred.
  •  At least 1 year of experience in CRM, user operations, or digital marketing; iGaming experience is a plus.
  •  Familiarity with common CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Emarsys) is preferred.
  •  Good data analysis skills; proficient in Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  •  Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
  •  Good command of English (able to navigate platforms and tools in English).
