Description

  • The Corporate Sales Agent plays a pivotal role in driving sales revenue and achieving targets within the organization. This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. As a member of the sales team, the Sales Agent also provides mentorship and guidance to junior agents, contributing to the overall success of the sales department.

Requirements

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of products or services.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Understand clients' needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to address their specific challenges.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior sales agents, assisting them in achieving their sales targets and professional development goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, strategies, and insights for maximizing sales effectiveness.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication to achieving results.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize sales data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives, making recommendations for optimization as needed.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Regularly hit individual and group Sales targets and teach new sales Agents.
  • Responsible and accountable for all sales transactions made from delivery until final collection and payment.
