Description

A Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is a professional who completes administrative duties for the human resources department of an organization. They assist HR managers with recruitment, maintain employee records, assist with payroll processing and provide administrative support to all employees.

A. HR COORDINATORRECRUITMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source potential candidates from various channels online (ex. Facebook, Indeed, sikap and referral)
  • Performs administrative work on recruitment (sourcing) ie. Submission of documentation/requirements to recruitment medium (PESO, Schools, Barangay etc.)
  • Administers exam to applicants
  • Conducts initial screening
  • Endorses applicants to HR Client
  • Follows up status of application and provides feedback to AOE Recuritment Head (from sourcing to deployment)
  • Collates all applicant requirements (NBI, Clearance, birth cert. etc.) and submits to AOE HR Head for final onboarding

B. TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • AOE Policies & Procedures
  • Client Policies & Procedure
  • Client Product Knowledge
  • Job Description of AOE Employees (per position)
  • Continual Training of deployed AOE employees

C. HUMAN RESOURCES RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts residence check before hiring the app
  • licantIssues tools of trade (ID, Uniform, GCASH, Cleaning materials, merchandising materials) onsite)
  • Picks-up DTR from Client and submits to AOE HR
  • Conducts questioning to AOE employees with cases raised by Client
  • Issues NOTICE TO EXPLAIN (NTE) and NOTICE OF DISCIPLINARY ACTION (NDA) to AOE employees with incident reports
  • Handles AOE employee concerns (salary, loans, incentives, accident) and endorses to the right point of contact
