Job Description

Description

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations on construction sites
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on safety practices
  • Respond to accidents and incidents, conducting investigations
  • Maintain safety records and reports

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related fields.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in construction safety management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of safety regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily fieldwork at construction sites, with periods spent in an office environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong leader with a commitment to promoting a safe workplace.
