  • Design fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) composite structures using advanced engineering principlesSelect and optimize composite materials including glass fibers, resins, and additivesDevelop and improve manufacturing processes for composite productsConduct finite element analysis (FEA) and mechanical simulations for composite structuresCollect, analyze, and document technical data for process improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and manufacturability

    • Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Composite Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fieldStrong understanding of composite material properties and manufacturing processesProficiency in FEA software (e.g., ANSYS, ABAQUS) and material science calculationsMinimum 2 years of experience in composite product development or manufacturingPreference for candidates with experience in:Wind energy componentsAutomotive compositesAerospace applicationsMedical device manufacturingExcellent problem-solving and project management skillsStrong communication abilities and team collaboration spirit Filipino nationals preferred (work permit requirements apply for foreign candidates)
