This role requires working under general supervision to follow company and department policies, ensuring adherence to Amazon policies and eCommerce industry standards. The role is significant in maintaining the accuracy and quality control of our compliance services, thereby safeguarding client revenue and upholding our brand standards.

About You
- Strong communicator who can convey complex regulatory matters with clarity.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, enabling you to efficiently manage daily tasks across multiple clients.
- Proactive problem-solver who can provide actionable guidance to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client and company requirements.
What you will be doing
- Research laws and regulations related to advertising, labeling, and selling consumer goods in interstate commerce, focusing on FDA and EPA regulations.
- Manage daily deliverables for multiple clients and categories, ensuring adherence to accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards.
- Open and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve compliance issues.
- Analyze federal and state legislation, providing actionable guidance to ensure compliance.
- Draft Amazon appeals, Plans of Action, and other documents under manager supervision.
- Prepare documents for compliance investigations, collaborating with internal departments to develop preventive strategies.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal departments and clients, addressing daily requests and maintaining communication with brand management.
- Stay updated on Amazon policies and legal requirements, acting as a subject matter expert.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in the regulatory or compliance field, with a preference for eCommerce or digital content sectors.
- Expert in researching and understanding complex compliance and regulatory language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools, ensuring seamless task management.
- Ability to safeguard confidential information and exercise sound business judgment.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php95,000.00 per month
