Description
- Oversee the company's compliance with government law and regulations
- Process the necessary documentation for BIR, FDA ,Business permit and other
- Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations and industry standards to ensure business compliance
- Collaborate with various department to provide guidance and assistance in upholding compliance protocols
- Conduct regular audits and assessment to identify potential compliance risks
- Prepare reports on compliance status for management review
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field
- minimum of 2-4 years experience as compliance officer
- familiarity with BIR, FDA processes and business permit applications
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- in-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulation
- strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- ability to work collaboratively across departments
