  • Provide first aid and medical assistance to employees.
  • Conduct health screenings and assessments.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and confidentiality.
  • Promote wellness programs and health education.
  • Collaborate with management on workplace health initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and healthcare providers.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong written communication, and a solid understanding of medical first-aid procedures.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional emergency response duties.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to focus under pressure.
