Primary Responsibilities:
· Responsible for providing basic healthcare services to the employees and assist in the daily operations of the HR Department
Specific Responsibilities:
· Provide first aid treatments and medications to employees.
· Creates an inventory of medicines and other medical supplies.
· Coordinate with partner clinics regarding pre-employment medical exams of new hires.
· Handling of health maintenance services, ECC benefits and preparation of Annual Medical reports and control of dispensing medicine supplies to employees.
· Handles processing of all SSS benefits that include preparation of Sickness or Accident notification, and filing to SSS office.
· Confers/consults with superior any matters concerning the proper interpretation and treatment of company benefits such as SSS, ECC, PhilHealth and HDMF benefits.
· Receives and validates sick leave and vacation leave application to individual attendance record. Reports to immediate superior any discrepancies found in the leave application.
· Conducts an annual audit of actual VL/SL application against posting VL/SL in the individual attendance record and makes adjustments whenever necessary.
· Provides assistance to employees in availing medical services through HMO accredited hospitals.
· Assists in facilitating Company’s Annual Physical Examination.
· Manage HR administration and clerical tasks such as updating employee database information, etc.
· Assist with Employee Relation issues such as addressing employee concerns, development and implementation of HR policies, processing of EVRs, etc.
· Organizing of company-sponsored events and activities, especially with regards to Health and Wellness.
Requirements
· Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Nursing with PRC License
· Undergone the Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training is a huge plus
· Has a strong tolerance to pressure, detail-oriented ability to multi-tasks and can meet deadline
· Experience as Company Nurse in a Call Center Industry is an advantage
· With excellent written and oral communication skills
· With experience as HR Staff
