Description
- Administering first aid, conducting health checks, and maintaining employee health records
- Collaborating with safety officers to develop policies, assess risks, and implement safety measures
- Providing immediate medical attention in case of accidents or sudden illnesses
- Conducting regular health assessments and monitoring employee health status
- Developing and implementing health programs, educating employees on healthy lifestyles, and organizing health seminars
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards, conducting audits, and preparing reports
- Ensuring the availability of necessary medical supplies and equipment
- Effectively communicating with employees, management, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Must be a college graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Preferably a Registered Nurse
- 20 to 40 years old
- Attention to details
- Willing to work in Maguyam Silang Cavite
- Effectively communicating with employees, management, and other healthcare professionals
- The ability to use MS Office applications is often a requirement
- A strong understanding of ethical principles and the importance of confidentiality is crucial
