We’re seeking an organized and tech-savvy E-Learning Program & Community Manager to oversee our e-learning programs and member community. The successful candidate will ensure smooth platform operations, improve engagement, and collaborate with other relevant departments to deliver high-value online wellness experience.

• Manage and update online course content and membership platforms
• Monitor member engagement and respond to inquiries
• Coordinate with content creators to ensure timely course updates
• Develop and implement strategies to increase member retention
• Research e-learning trends and recommend improvements to the platform

• 1-3 years of experience managing online courses, memberships, or digital products
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and E-learning tools
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to analyze engagement data and suggest improvements
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace or similar tools
