Reports to: Commercial Capabilities Sr. Manager

Location: BGC Support Center

Role Overview


The Commercial Capabilities Manager is responsible for equipping the Commercial organization to be agile, efficient, and innovative, well abled to deliver on its business ambitions and objectives. This role is responsible for the preservation, management, and transfer of knowledge across the organization.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead learning experience design for commercial associates.
  • Lead the development of One Commercial Competency Matrix and career progression per role
  • Curate the training curriculum for the commercial organization, tailored to each role/level
  • Work with SMEs, internally and externally, to create training materials, including the Commercial Playbooks.
  • Guide and lead the media team/external agencies in creating exciting and engaging mediums.
  • Identify and invest in the development of future skills that the organization may need.
  • Support other Commercial Capability initiatives as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Education-related discipline
  • Able to efficiently collaborate cross-functionally, including third-party service providers
  • Able to extract the underlying rationales behind each practice/process; to understand the diverse sets of learner profiles and tailor fit training styles and content to each
  • Track record of leading and managing projects
  • Highly capable communication and presentation skills
  • Highly knowledgeable in MS Office
  • Flexible, fast learner, and open to change
