The CFO will oversee all financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, optimizing financial performance, and driving strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a publicly listed company and a deep understanding of the cement manufacturing industry, including its unique financial challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Chairman on long-term financial planning including capital allocation, investment strategies and risk management.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to regulators, shareholders and investors.
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Other duties as provided by management

Qualifications

• Trustworthy CFO with experience in the cement manufacturing industry or related field
• Amenable to working from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm
