Descripción

Ensure cleanliness and orderliness on the assigned counter
Implements the approved steps in check-out of merchandise.
Ensures accurate processing of all transaction payments while conforming to existing Operational Procedures.
Check
Credit Card
Prepares clear and error free sales report.
Remits Total Daily Sales to Officer In-Charge/Accounting Staff.
Custodian and Safe Keeper of the Cash Back
Helps manage Customer’s shopping experience
Provide the correct and approved service greeting and spiels.
Provides customer service assistance
Assist in finding the location of the goods;
Responsible in providing good courtesy to the customer by giving the right service and proper greetings;
Ensure no complaints from shoppers on the punching process/service.
Ensure customer leaves the selling area properly served and well assisted.
Ensure that items left by customers at the counter if any, are properly reported and turned over to the guard on duty.
Perform other duties as the management may require.
May act as System Processor

Requisito

Familiar with Cashiering
Familiar with handling of Cash and other tenders
Strong interpersonal skills. Maintains effective working relation with other staff and superiors.
Communication Skills
Verbal
HS/SHS or College Level /College Graduate
