Amplify is a creator-led entertainment company that collaborates with global brands to produce compelling social content across various platforms. We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the entertainment industry, with a young and innovative team that thrives on creativity and collaboration.


The Campaign Production Specialist will support the execution of social media and influencer marketing campaigns by scouting talents and managing small UGC-driven projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, an understanding of content trends, and the ability to work with creators and production teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.


Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Management

  • Scout for creators, creatives, and talents.
  • Identify and onboard creators, influencers, and user-generated content (UGC) talents that align with campaign requirements.
  • Maintain a database of potential creators, categorizing them by niche, engagement rates, and content style.
  • Coordinate with creators regarding contract agreements, deliverables, and content timelines.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, emerging influencers, and viral content.


UGC and Small Campaign Execution:

  • Oversee UGC projects, ensuring content aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brief content creators and ensure the quality of submissions from production teams, creative producers, video editors, and graphic editors.
  • Organize content production schedules, ensuring timely submission and revisions when necessary.
  • Assist in content approvals, revisions, and final asset delivery.


Project Coordination and Operations

  • Support the Campaign Production Lead in managing campaign timelines, deliverables, and logistics.
  • Liaise between internal teams, creators, and clients to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Track campaign milestones and assist in reporting performance metrics.
  • Help streamline processes for scouting, onboarding, and managing creator collaborations.


Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or campaign coordination, with a background in production.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with influencers, user-generated content (UGC) creators, or talent management is advantageous.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with content performance metrics and social media trends.
  • Proficient in tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and basic content review platforms.
