Description
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service processes.
- Provide feedback on product enhancements and customer needs.
- Assist with training new team members as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales pipeline management, strong customer service orientation, excellent command of the English language.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with typical business hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude towards customer service.
