Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year in customer service or call center environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service orientation, effective problem-solving abilities, technical skills, and sales pitching expertise.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Adaptable team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
