Description
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries and issues.
- Provide accurate product and service information to clients.
- Document interactions in the call management system.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: at least 2 yr. college graduate/2yr. associate graduate.
- Experience Level: At least 1year of experience in a call center or face to face customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, and computer literate.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle inbound calls, assist customers, and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Working Conditions: Nightshift, long time Temporary Work from home, applicants living within Central Luzon/2hr. ride from Clark Pampanga only.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, adaptable, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
