Job Title: Call Center Agent

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain call records.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
