JOB SUMMARY:
This position will analyze business performance, develop insightful reports, and help drive strategic decision making across departments.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Prepare reports and presentations based on the data collected and analyzed to effectively communicate findings and requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and assess business needs and translate them into data requirements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
B. Work Experience
With at least 2 years of experience in business analysis, or a similar analytical role.
C. Skills
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse audiences
