Description
- Transport passengers safely and efficiently to their Drop off and Pick up Point.
- Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and company policies.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, especially individuals with disabilities.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe ebus environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle passenger inquiries.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of driving experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong driving skills, excellent interpersonal communication, valid driver's license with restriction code of D, and a responsible attitude.
- Working Conditions: Long hours in various weather conditions; may include night or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
