Description

  • The Branch Mechanic is responsible for performing diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services for vehicles, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction at the auto repair branch.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
    • Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake checks, and tire rotations.
    • Inspect vehicles for safety and compliance with industry standards.
    • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
    • Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and operational.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior mechanics and service staff.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical certification preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience in automotive repair or maintenance.
    • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
