Description
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Oversee branch operations, manage inventory, train sales staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and branch performance metrics.
- Develop and implement business strategies to enhance growth.
- Foster relationships with clients and the community to promote brand awareness.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a LEADERSHIP and management role, preferably in retail or service industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, teamwork, marketing, analytical skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential for extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Problem solver, adaptable, and results-oriented with a focus on after-sales management.
