- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude.

Requirements
- Job Title: Barista
- Educational Qualifications: College level.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a coffee shop or similar environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong coffee knowledge, ability to create latte art, excellent written and verbal communication, upselling, and customer service skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, potential for long hours standing.
- Qualities and Traits: Flexible, detail-oriented, and passionate about coffee.
