Job Title: B2BB Manager of Sales

Location: Permanent Work-From-Home (Remote)

Salary: ₱80,000 - ₱120,000 base salary + uncapped commission


About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B sales, a passion for fast-paced environments, and a proven ability to drive revenue. As the Sales Manager, you will be tasked with building and managing a team of sales professionals, spearheading strategic initiatives, and closing high-value deals across critical industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of 10+ sales professionals to consistently surpass targets.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Design and implement strategies to maximize sales and expand client acquisition.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Oversee the entire process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Achieve KPIs & Targets: Track performance, analyze metrics, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Build Client Relationships: Foster strong connections with key stakeholders to unlock new business opportunities.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay informed about industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.


What We’re Looking For

  • 8-10+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably on an international scale).
  • Proven track record in leading and managing a sales team.
  • A results-oriented leader who excels under pressure.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to design and execute data-driven sales strategies.
