Description

  1. Pre-approval stage of site - site inspection, handover condition, layout preparation, 3D Presentation
  2. Approved site - site inspection based on Handover agreement, Site Scaling and Technical Assistance, Construction Guidelines
  3. Planning and Construction Stage - Plans for approval (Monitoring and Assistance), Building Admin, Lessor Coordination and Meeting, Site Handover Condition, Utilities Status and Completion, Compiling Documents of Lessor / Bldg. Admin, Store Opening Monitoring
  4. Open Stores - Repair and Maintenance Monitoring, Report Preparations and Follow-ups, Charging and Costing, Memo writing for admin

Requirements

  1. BS Architecture degree graduate
  2. Experience is preferred, but fresh graduates may apply
  3. Software knowledge in AutoCad, Sketch-Up, Layout Apps
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Passionate about fieldwork, flexible, and willing to travel
  6. With good interpersonal skills, persistent, proactive, and results driven
