Company Overview:

The client operates a flight training school with a growing pipeline of leads generated from online ads, social media campaigns, webinars, and in-person events. The goal is to engage these warm leads and guide them toward the next stage of the enrollment process.

Campaign Objectives:

Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to warm leads using ZoomPhone

Assess the lead's:

Ability to relocate (if required for training)

Financial readiness to enroll

Based on qualification:

Book a sales call

Or register them into a communication process for further nurturing

Working Hours & Tools:

Monday to Friday, 8 hours daily

Tools Provided:

Dialer System

ZoomPhone for calls

Candidate Profile:

Strong phone presence with high-volume outbound experience

Familiarity with sales qualification framework

Aviation industry background is a plus, but not required

Must be comfortable with lead qualification and objection handling
