Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Application Management Supervisor to lead our application management processes. You will oversee a talented team, ensuring timely resolution of application-related issues, minimizing disruptions, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Management: Supervise the team to log, classify, prioritize, and resolve application-related issues promptly. Oversee escalations and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Problem Management: Identify root causes of application-related issues, manage problem records, and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the team, providing training and guidance on procedures and tools
  • Service Level Management: Ensure compliance with SLAs, track performance, and present reports to senior management
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
  • Collaboration: Serve as the point of contact for application management issues, collaborating with IT and business teams

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Experience: 5+ years in application management or IT service management, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
  • Certifications: ITIL Foundation (preferred), ITIL Practitioner or Expert (preferred)
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience with application management tools (ServiceNow)
