We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in expanding our user base and driving growth through strategic affiliate partnerships. Responsibilities include recruiting, managing, and optimizing a network of affiliates & KOLs to acquire new customers and increase trading volume.

Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Recruitment:
• Identify and recruit high-quality affiliates across various channels, including influencers, content creators, and online communities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to foster long-term partnerships.
• Affiliate Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to maximize customer acquisition and revenue generation.
• Create and optimize affiliate marketing materials, including banners, landing pages, and promotional content.
• Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Affiliate Management:
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to affiliates, including training, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
• Monitor affiliate activity and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Manage affiliate commissions and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Generate regular reports on affiliate performance, including customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
• Use data-driven insights to optimize affiliate strategies and improve overall performance.
• Stay Updated:
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the cryptocurrency industry and affiliate marketing.
• Attend industry conferences and events to network with potential partners and stay ahead of the curve.

• 5 years + proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, especially X, Telegram and Discord.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliates.
• Strong analytical skills to track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance.
• Proficiency in using affiliate marketing tools and platforms.
• Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
