What You’ll Do:
- Scale FB/IG ads with high ROAS
- Build retargeting & lookalike funnels
- Test new creatives, hooks, & audiences
- Work with our creative & sales team
- Shift budget based on real-time data
Must-Haves:
- Proven ecom ad results
- Knows metrics: ROAS, CPP, CTR
- Smart tester, strategic scaler
- Bonus: AdSpy, Meta Library, UTM, Shopify
