Description

As a Media Ads Specialist at our advertising and marketing agency, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. Your goal is to drive measurable results—whether it's brand awareness, lead generation, website traffic, or sales—for both in-house projects and client campaigns. You will work closely with creatives, strategists, and data analysts to ensure ad performance aligns with campaign goals.


  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, LinkedIn, and others
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to refine targeting
  • Set up and optimize ad sets, creatives, budgets, and bidding strategies
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
  • A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting to improve conversion rates and ROI
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad assets
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and present insights and recommendations
  • Ensure pixel/tracking codes and conversion events are properly implemented
  • Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices in digital advertising
  • Provide strategic input during campaign planning and pitch presentations

Requirements

Education & Background:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience running paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred)


Skills & Competencies:


  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
  • Strong understanding of PPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, CPA, and funnel-based advertising strategies
  • Experience with tools like Google Data Studio, SEMrush, or other analytics/reporting platforms
  • Familiarity with UTM tracking, pixel setup, and conversion APIs
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Solid knowledge of landing page optimization and user experience basics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns/accounts simultaneously
  • Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint is a plus
