  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assist in managing schedules, correspondence, and communication.
  • Manage office tasks, support team members, coordinate meetings, and maintain records
  • Organize files, manage data entry, and maintain office supplies.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Facilitate effective communication between staff and clients.
  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office; strong computer literacy; excellent organizational skills
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require multitasking under deadlines
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently
