Description

  • Perform daily administrative tasks such as document filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and internal communication between departments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, both physically and electronically.
  • Prepare and manage supporting documents for the company's operational needs.
  • Order office supplies and other logistical necessities.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and management.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of company information and documents.
  • Ensure all data and archives are well documented and easily accessible.

Requirements

  • Minimum education of high school/vocational school equivalent, preferably D3/Bachelor's degree in Administration/Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic administrative systems.
  • Possesses good communication skills, neatness, and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Disciplined, responsible, and possesses good work initiative.
