Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
Track and record the consumption of utilities (electricity, water, etc.) for each tenant within the building or property.
Prepare the detailed monthly summaries of utility consumption of each tenants, outlining usage, and costs.
Respond to emails, phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Assist in preparing, organizing, and filing of documents and records both digitally and physically.
Provide general administrative support to colleagues and management, including copying, filing, and organizing tasks.
Help with the organization of meetings, including setting up rooms, preparing materials, and taking meeting notes.
Assist in tracking and maintaining office supplies, ensuring they are restocked when necessary.
Help with entering and updating information in internal systems or spreadsheets.
Collaborate with different teams on special projects and administrative tasks to ensure timely completion.

A fresh graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to work well both independently and in a team
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with different departments and individuals
