Job Summary:

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with a strong background in bookkeeping, particularly with exposure to Yardi software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payables, conducting common area maintenance reconciliation, and handling other traditional bookkeeping tasks. The Accounts Payable Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting function of the company.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable Processing:

• Review, verify, and process invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of payments.
• Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Reconciliation:
• Prepare CAM reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner.

General Bookkeeping Tasks:

• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.

Administrative Support:

• Ensure smooth documentation flow and management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is a plus.
• Minimum of 1.5 years in an accounts payable and administrative role.
• Experience in: Processing payables, Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliation, Traditional bookkeeping tasks
• Proficient in Yardi software.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
