Description

  • Interacting with pertinent suppliers to handle billing or payment issues
  • Affixing the appropriate supporting paperwork to invoices and comparing purchase orders to received invoices.
  • Ensuring the proper and email inquiries from both internal and external parties
  • Preparing and processing payments to suppliers that an AP Manager has approved each payment.
  • Ensuring adherence to all applicable financial policies and procedures for all accounts payables activities.
  • Examining and resolving unpaid supplier's and client's claims.
  • Ensuring timely processing and payment of Employee's reimbursements, expense reports, cash advances and bills due to suppliers and 3rd party vendors.
  • Monitor advances of employees and ensure timely booking of liquidation reports.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict - resolution skills.
  • Highly analytical and keen on details.
  • Possesses integrity and professionalism.
  • Flexible, self-driven, organized and result oriented.
