QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other Business Management, or related filed

• Experience in accounts payable, an advantage

• Attention to details, deadline driven, and knowledge in accounting standards and tax regulations

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Experience in using accounting softwares

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review, verify and process invoices for payments in a timely manner

• Ensure invoices are accurately coded to the appropriate accounts

• Reply to accounts payable inquiries regarding invoices and payments and serves as the focal points for receiving vendor calls

• Review and reconcile vendor statements

• Ensure compliance with companies policies and accounting regulations

• Provide recommendation concerning improvement of AP policies, process and procedures
