Job Description:

Credit Analyst (For AR Analyst)

• Prepares and posts entries on subsidiary ledgers for collections.
• Matches receipts with customer accounts in SAP and records receipts in SAP and identifies any unmatched transactions.
• Creates and uploads journals to SAP via batch upload.
• Performs AR reconciliation of accounts
• Prepares AR reporting
• Prepares or updates credit evaluation

Invoice Processing (For AP Analyst)

• Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization
• Ensures matching of invoice details against PO and receiving documents, ensures resolution of inconsistencies before invoice posting.
• Responsible for coding and entry of invoices into accounting systems (SAP, MBC as applicable) promptly.
• Prepares AP-related reports

Manage vendor onboarding (For AP Analyst)

• Extract the relevant data on suppliers and define an onboarding strategy.
• Validate the list of suppliers with local purchasing.
• Launch email campaign and monitor answer rate.
• Launch dunning actions when no response is received from suppliers

Job Qualifications:

• Has at least 3 to 5 years of work experience in a finance and accounting role, prior experience in a Shared Service environment or experience in the Oil, Gas, and Energy industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, CPA is an advantage
• Proficient in SAP, MBC, and other similar ERP and Finance systems.
