Description
- Conduct training sessions on accounting principles and practices.
- Develop training materials and resources for participants.
- Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Facilitate hands-on workshops and simulations.
- Support ongoing education and certification preparations.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs.
Requirements
- 20-30 YRS OLD
- WILLING TO ASSIGNED QUEZON CITY/PARAÑAQUE CITY
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in training or accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Public speaking, written communication, excellent communication skills, sales training, people management, and leadership development.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with potential travel for seminars and training events.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, adaptability, enthusiasm for teaching, and ability to motivate others.
