Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial statements and reports ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring financial performance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams for audits and tax preparations.
- Utilize accounting software to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, Financial Management, and QuickBooks; strong skills in Audit, Billing, and Due Diligence.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with regular hours; may involve occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
