- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Assist with payroll and tax preparation.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in audit processes, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct audits, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to high ethical standards.
