Description

  1. Determining client terms
  2. Prepare invoices and billings
  3. Dispatch invoices via email/Liaison officer
  4. Tracking invoices
  5. Review aging of account receivables
  6. Ensure timely collection of payments
  7. Recording and reconciling of payments
  8. Contacting clients for payments

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Organizational skills
  • Knowledge in QuickBooks is an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
