The Account Supervisor is responsible for managing a set of accounts and a team of Jr. Account Managers, Account Managers, and/ or Sr. Account Managers on his/ her own or alongside the Business Unit Manager/Client Success Director. He/She will focus on operational excellence through ensuring proper resource management, process execution, achievement of KPIs to achieve Client retention and growth.
The role stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices and is able to identify new opportunities and strategies for improving overall performance as well as growth.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
1) BUSINESS UNIT MANAGEMENT
- Lead, manage, and develop all members of the Business Unit with the objective of inspiring and motivating them towards high levels of performance to achieve targets in the BU's score card alongside the Assoc./ Creative Director.
- Organize and strategize project loading of Jr. Account Managers, Account Managers and/or Sr. Account Managers, with foresight on operational considerations alongside the Assoc./ Creative Director.
- Performance evaluation of the Jr. Account Managers, Account Managers and/ or Sr. Account Managers.
- Culture crafters of the Business Unit focusing on constant improvement in ways of working within the team.
- Represent the Business Unit in monthly Client Success Department Council and Mancom meetings and projects.
2) ACHIEVEMENT OF SALES TARGETS
- Ensure achievement of the annual sales target; track and report on the Business Unit Sales Tracker on a bi-monthly basis, along with real-time updates for Sales Projections and real-time updates on Cerebrum for CE uploading.
3) CLIENT RETENTION AND MANAGEMENT
- Establish good working relations with senior-level Clients in order to sustain and grow the accounts assigned to the Business Unit.
- Ensure that the overall business efforts in behalf of Clients' products and/ or services are well directed and coordinated to meet and exceed the Clients KPIs.
- Ability to discuss improvements on ways-of-working and output of the Agency with senior level and C-level Clients
4) ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Oversee the quality of work by ensuring that all projects are done excellently by doing regular check-ins with the Business Unit and SS stakeholders
- Be able to discuss issues and improvements with the Clients to ensure proper Client and Agency workflows and performance
5) INDUSTRY AND BUSINESS EXPERTISE
- Keep abreast with industry trends and develop business acumen in order to be proactive in actualizing business opportunities (increased scope, internal growth), forecasting (ability to forecast movements correctly -- expected business, shifts in Client priorities, internal + external)
- Keep up-to-date with trends related to the Client's categories and industries
6) INTERPERSONAL
- Establish and build rapport with the team (BU)
- Get to know CSD teammates and Shared Services - build connections with the rest of NW through participating in different employee engagement and L&D activities.

- Has Analytical, Strategic thinking and influencing skills- have the ability to synthesize, develop, and present clear and concise recommendations.
- Has general knowledge of all aspects of Clients’ business and the ability to apply that knowledge to meaningful insights, counsel, and planning for the Clients’ business and Agency assignments.
- Has Tolerance for Stress - able to work in an agile, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, business, communication, marketing, PR, and/or other related courses
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Client servicing or a proven track record in a similar position, working with a team in a studio, Agency or creative solutions supplier and/or brand management
- Experience working with Clients and stakeholders to develop and negotiate directives, project scopes, and cost estimates
- At least (two) 2 years of experience handling digital marketing / digital-related projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (at least Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and /or iWork Suite (at least keynote, pages, numbers)
- Has leadership skills and proven expertise in independently getting things done.
- Should have had experience training downlines.
