We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team and be part of our mission.
Position Overview
- As a Customer Service Representative at OnSpot Global, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer support services on behalf of our clients. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring client satisfaction, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a positive brand image. In this position, you will have the chance to work with various clients and contribute to their success.
About the Role
- The Customer Support Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their moving experience. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and text.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and problems efficiently and effectively.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within the CRM system.
- Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handle incoming customer calls and make outbound calls as needed to address customer concerns or provide information.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via email and text.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records and data within the CRM system.
- Post-Move Follow-up: Contact customers who have availed of the moving service to gather feedback and address any concerns.
- Move Coordinator Support: Assist move coordinators with customer inquiries, scheduling, and status updates.
- Inventory Management: Support inventory updates and resolve discrepancies related to customer belongings.

Requisito
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (American accent preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and active listening abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including US time zones
- Proven customer service experience in a BPO setting. A minimum of two years (2) of experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of the logistics and moving industry
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and build rapport with clients
- Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems
- High level of empathy and dedication to customer satisfaction
