Position: German Customer Success Manager (B2B)
Industry: American Cyber Security Company
Salary: Highly Negotiable
Schedule: Nightshift
Set-up: Work Onsite for 6 months

Requirements:
• Filipino National proficient in German and English language
• Must have work experience as German Customer Success Managers
• Can do account management of clients
• Experience in handling client profiles and portfolios
• Has experienced business reviews
• 4 year course in any field preferably Engineering ior IT courses
• Must have B2B experience (preferably IT clients)
Responsibilities:
- Can handle conferences with stakeholders and partners online
- Handle client client portfolios
- Ability to manage account thru constant meetings via call or via chat/email
- Handle renewal of client company agreements
- Handle retention and renewal of contracts
- Attend meetings with partners and clients when needed
- Handle all concerns, escalation and request of clients
